THE PARLIAMENTARIAN™ A unique system that provides Councils and Boards with a means of affording fair and efficient recognition of members wishing to speak in the order of their request. Eliminates the sorry image of waving arms and agitated behavior often seen on televised meetings. The system consists of a Master Module which accepts electronic signals from the Individual Request Modules in sequence, as members request to speak. All requests are queued in memory, with only the first three being displayed. These requests are represented in the display by their position at the Council Table. As the queue is advanced, the master control sends a signal back to each Individual Module changing the digital display, keeping each member informed of their position in the queue. A member may cancel their request which is then dropped out of the queue and those behind move up.
