How to Order

Since the ELECTroVOTE™ system you are about to order is a semi-custom manufactured system, there is information we will need from you so that we can meet your needs.  We ask that you fill out the attached wiring information sheet as well as provide us with a few other bits of information.

Print out, fill in required information
and submit with order.

1.  Determine a central location on the underside of the Dias for the Power Supply.  The Power Supply feeds each individual component by a 4-conductor modular cable carrying only 5 volts – no conduit is required.

2.  Circle as many Vote/Request Module boxes as ordered, starting with the center one and working right and left. In the box representing each Module, enter the number of feet from the location chosen for the Power Supply to the center of each Voting Module location. Add the footage necessary to accommodate the freedom of movement required to use the Module.

3.  In the box labeled CLERK'S MODULE  enter the number of feet of cable NEEDED to reach the Power Supply.

4.  In the box labeled REQUEST CONTROL  enter the number of feet of cable NEEDED to reach the Power Supply.

4.  In the box labeled MAYOR  enter the number of feet of cable NEEDED to reach the Mayor's Vote Module.

6.  For each DISPLAY PANEL ordered, determine the number of feet of cable NEEDED to reach the Power Supply and enter in the Display Panel box.  Each Display Panel has two jacks at the bottom of the back.  If desired, a second and third Panel may be "daisy-chained" from the first Panel.

7.  Indicate the choice of wood specie you desire ___________________.

Choices are:  Birch, Cherry, Light Oak, Dark Oak, Mahogany, Walnut, Teak, A specie not listed will be quoted based on availability.
