Warranty

SPEAKER REQUEST and VOTE MODULE

Electrovote, LLC warrants each new product manufactured by it to be free of defective material and workmanship and agrees to repair or exchange at its option any part or parts of any unit of its manufacture, which under normal installation, use and service discloses such defects, provided the unit is delivered by the purchaser to us intact for our examination with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory within five (5) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser, and provided that such examination discloses to our satisfaction that it is thus defective.  This Warranty does not apply to said products or any part thereof which have been subjected to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, damage caused by fire, flood or act of God, improper line voltage, nor in violation of instructions furnished by us, nor extended to units which have been repaired or altered outside our factory by other than factory personnel.

This Warranty does not apply to internal or external finish, except as examination may disclose same to be defective at time of installation of the equipment.

This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser or the entity for whom purchased if purchased and installed by a third party.  Our responsibility under this Warranty ends if the original purchaser as above described, sells the equipment or if parts or devices not of our manufacture are added to the equipment.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other agreements expressed or implied and we neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of said equipment or any part thereof.

Electrovote, LLC reserves the right to revise, change or modify the construction of SPEAKandVOTE COMBO™ equipment manufactured by us, or any part or parts thereof, without incurring any obligation to make such changes or modifications when making repairs or replacement under this Warranty, and in replacing parts under the provisions of this Warranty to furnish an identical part or parts that in our judgment is equivalent to the parts replaced.
